Finally a new home for MallmusMedia! and this time a new logo, a new direction and some new team members Introducing Dan Benham and Lauren Sharp; both of which are very talented graphic designers and will hopefully be pushing out Mallmus' creative boundaries. Dan teamed up with us in March 2008 to work on some Herbal Skateboards art direction and we decided to keep him on; and Lauren worked with us in December '08 on developing our Made brand (which has yet to be announced!) and we decided to keep working together.

Of course, lets not forget Chris Willis, who's been with Mallmus from the beginning, and valuable asset to the team and a very talented programmer.

As some of you, dear readers, may already be aware that things have been pretty busy around these parts lately, which has resulted in this very website being redesigned since October '08, but the penalty for not having much of an online presence has started taking its toll, so it had been decided that any website is better than no website.

Why launch before its finished?

As you may notice not all the pages on this website are finished yet, but the remaining work left to be completed shouldn't take more than another week or so.

One of the main reasons I wanted to launch the site today is because of an event I'm attending tonight in the nearby town of Bournemouth called MeetDraw. A get-together for people who work with digital, such as web designers and developers like myself. The event is being held at the iBar so I'll see you there!

Another related reason I'm launching today is that last month I attended another meet up in Southampton called OpenWeb and I haven't had a chance to blog about my experience there; and well it still seems I still haven't had the chance to blog about it as I've got to go now - but I've added some photos from the event below - my next post will be about events in general, I'll have my camera with me this evening at MeetDraw and if they're any good I'll post those up soon.
